Information you provide to Credit Repair Map is used only to complete the transaction or communication you requested, provide support, protect the site, comply with law, and maintain our own records. We do not use customer-provided information to build third-party marketing lists.

Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to run this website, respond to you, and provide access to the product.
- Purchase information: name, email address, purchase status, product purchased, and transaction details needed to confirm access or support a billing question.
- Contact form information: name, email address, subject, and message content if you choose to contact us.
- Newsletter information: email address if you choose to subscribe.
- Technical information: basic device, browser, page, referral, and performance data may be collected through analytics or standard logs to keep the site working and understand aggregate traffic.
Please do not send sensitive credit details through the contact form. We do not need your Social Security number, full credit report, bank account number, credit card number, driver's license, passwords, or full account numbers to answer ordinary support questions.
How We Use Information
We use information only for the purpose connected to your request and to protect the site.

- Send product access information, receipts, support replies, or service messages.
- Respond to questions, refund requests, download issues, or customer support needs.

No Sale, No Renting, No Marketing Sharing
Credit Repair Map does not sell, rent, trade, publish, license, or disclose customer-provided information to third parties for their own advertising, marketing, lead generation, data brokerage, or unrelated business use.
We do not share customer-provided information with credit repair companies, lenders, brokers, debt collectors, affiliates, or advertising partners. We do not allow outside parties to contact you because you bought the book or submitted a form.
The only limited exceptions are strictly operational or legal: service providers that process payments, deliver form submissions or emails, host the site, provide analytics, prevent fraud, or help us comply with law. Those providers are not authorized by us to use customer-provided information for their own marketing.
Payments, Forms, and Service Providers
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another secure payment provider. Credit Repair Map does not receive or store your full payment card number. Payment providers handle card data under their own security and privacy terms.
Contact form submissions may be routed through a form-processing provider so your message can reach us. Newsletter emails may be handled by an email provider if you subscribe. These providers are used only to deliver the service you requested.
This site may use Google Analytics or similar basic analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and performance. Analytics data is used to improve the website, not to sell or share customer records.
Data Retention and Security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including support, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and business record needs. We delete, de-identify, or limit information when it is no longer needed.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No website or internet transmission is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive credit, banking, or identity documents unless we specifically request them through a secure method.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised privacy rights.
California Notice
We do not sell personal information as the term is commonly used, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information from children under 16.
Children's Privacy
Credit Repair Map is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy if our practices, tools, or legal obligations change. The updated date at the top will show when the policy was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
Privacy Requests
To ask a privacy question or exercise a privacy right, email help@creditrepairmap.com with the subject line Privacy Request. Include the email address you used for your purchase, contact form, or newsletter signup so we can locate the relevant records.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling access, deletion, or correction requests. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and within any timeframe required by applicable law.
