1. What you're buying
The Book is The Complete Credit Repair Map, a downloadable PDF ebook. The Complete Kit, when offered, includes the ebook plus editable letter templates and spreadsheet trackers. All products are digital. Nothing is shipped.
2. Educational information, not a service
Our products and website provide general educational information about consumer credit and the laws that govern it. They are not legal, financial, or tax advice.
Credit Repair Map is not a credit repair organization. We don't contact credit bureaus, creditors, or collectors for you, and we don't perform credit repair services. Everything the book describes is something you can do yourself, for free, under federal law.
3. No guaranteed results
We can't promise any particular outcome, score increase, deletion, or timeline. Results depend on what's in your credit file, whether information is inaccurate or unverifiable, how bureaus and furnishers respond, and your own actions. Accurate, timely negative information can legally stay on a credit report. Reader stories on this site are individual experiences, not typical results.
4. Price and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are one-time charges, not subscriptions. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
5. Delivery
Your download is provided right after checkout and in your purchase confirmation. If you can't access it, email help@creditrepairmap.com from the address you used at checkout and we'll send it again.
6. Your license
Each purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable license to read, print, and use the materials for their own credit. You can fill in and send the letter templates for your own accounts.
You may not copy, share, upload, resell, republish, or distribute the ebook or kit files, in whole or in part, or use them to provide services to others. All content remains the property of Credit Repair Map and is protected by copyright law.
7. Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied, email help@creditrepairmap.com within 30 days of your purchase, from the email address you used at checkout, and ask for a refund. You don't need to give a reason.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Most banks show the credit within 5 to 10 business days.
- When you're refunded, your license ends. Please delete your copies of the files.
- If something went wrong with your purchase, contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. We can usually fix it faster.
8. Website tools
The calculators and trackers on this site give estimates based on general rules and published information, which can change. Statute of limitations information in particular varies by state and by how courts classify a debt. Confirm anything important with an official source or a qualified professional before acting on it. Tool entries and tracker progress are stored only in your browser.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Credit Repair Map isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect purchases made before the update.
